vlcd R2Day 6

Ok.... TOM came earlier that expected so Im stuck at 160.4. Im trying my hardest to stick to the vlcd but jeez these cravings are going to kill me! Ok I will update when TOM is gone and the scale is movin again.  The day after Ill probably do an apple day to get rid of the extra water weight.  But the good part of this is the rest of this round will be TOM free! I hope to see only results from here on out.

Not a huge lose but still feels good to be the this low! Today did not go as planned :( I work at a bar on the weekends and one of my regulars knows i LOVE sushi and he brought in a 4 piece for me... I didnt have the heart to tell him no so I ate 3 and gave the last one away... shame on me, and I knew i shouldnt eat them so it wasnt even enjoyable! AH oh well no slip ups tomorrow... hoping the scale still moves in the morning, down not up!

Ok well its my second day of the vlcd and its going well.  I feel like I can handle all this stuff because its not uncharted territory anymore so that is awesome! I love this diet and i feel like anyone who has ever struggled with their weight should at least give it a try.  i had a lean hamburger meat salad with tomatoes for lunch, soooo good.  Im a lot less scared to try things this time around too, more veggies! 


ITs been a good day, cant wait to see myself in a month :)

Ok folks, here we go again! Well, Im within a pound of what I ended my last round in so that makes me really happy, my maintenance went well especially through the holidays! Im really excited to get through this round because I will be a weight I havent seen since I was a freshman in highschool.  Anyway Im loading today and tomorrow then back to the vlcd.  Happy new years to you all!!! How did everyone fair over the holidays?

Update!

I know I totally fell of the face of the earth but I started working late nights and wrapping up this semester with projects and finals and I haven't had a chance to update you guys.  Ok so Im holding steady at 164.5 for the last couple weeks which is in my 2 pound range!  I haven't been doing the greatest on the carbs thing but I am doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.... Oh My Gosh it is amazing.  Im on day 6 and I can already see a difference in my arms and thighs.  I would definitely recommend it for in between cycles or after to tone up.  Ok I am going to start round 2 on the 27th I think.  Im still about 20lbs from my goal so this should be my last round.  I posted my round one before and after pictures... I hadn't seen the before pictures until just now and I cant believe I looked like that! So glad to have my life back.

Crazy Crazy!

O man its been a crazy couple weeks... I finished the hcg on schedule and Im on phase 3.
Thanks giving did a number on me, family and good home cookin is so hard to turn down! But I ended at 165 and Im at 166.6 today, but now that the holiday is past I can get right back on track.  On friday ill post my round1 before and after pics... How was everyones thanksgiving?

I wasnt home the last couple days so its been hard to get my weights :( but Ill be home tomorrow morning and I started taking hcg again today after TOM.  Only 3 more days before I start phase 3... I would really like to hit 160 and Im very close so I think I can do it!  I have to start working out hard again in P3 because I have to condition for my snowboarding trip in Dec.... do you all think I should intake more calories to make up for it, Im worried about losing if I dont.... any ideas or tips?
